Simply amazing experience

Oh my goodness, I just had the most incredible time at the Four Seasons mountain resort! Everything was absolutely perfect, from the moment we checked in until we sadly had to leave. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and our suite was just beautiful. The spa treatment was divine, and the fine dining was out of this world. I'm already planning my next trip back, I loved it so much! You have to try it, I'm telling all my friends!

Nice hotel, a few small things

I stayed at one of their urban hotels for a business trip. Booking was straightforward online, and I used an advance purchase rate which saved a bit. Check-in was quick, but my room wasn't quite ready at 3 PM, so I had to wait about 20 minutes. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed. I ordered room service one night, and it took about 45 minutes to arrive, which felt a bit long. The food was good though. The concierge was helpful with local recommendations. Overall, a good stay, but a couple of minor hiccups. The luxury travel accessories from their home collection were tempting, I almost bought a leather travel tag. Good quality for sure.

Good value for a luxury stay

I booked a stay at a Four Seasons urban hotel for the first time and was looking for the best deal.
